![]() Instead of being relegated to only love stories, you can be a princess or a knight in a castle, solve mysteries, etc.Įssentially, there is not a specific genre in Choices which makes game play a lot more interesting. This game is the most like Episodes, in that there are at least a hundred different stories that you can play. And if you don't play it for the love story, you should play it to relive high school shenanigans like bringing down the popular girl.Īfter all, we've all dreamed of doing that at least once. Even better, you could be the popular girl in the story. The possibilities are limitless! Choices Teen Love Story, with its 4.3 rating on Google Play, is the perfect game to cure that "how should I go about love" angst that we have all experienced at one time or another. But why listen to random people, when you can just play through a story of your own? Plus, they have a 4.2 rating, so it can't be too bad, right? Teen Love StoryĪs far as teenage romances go, there is a ton of advice online. Now, I don't want to give away any spoilers, but let's just say that the story gets really interesting when shadows begin to appear. Guess you'll have to play through to find out why! But what I like about High School Mystery Story Game(yes, that is the title according to Google Play) is that they switched it up a bit. Which means they all have to do with some form of love story.Īnd that's okay, because it gives us a break from our own sad histories (I'm talking to the Ted's of the world). I'm not sure why, but it seems like the most popular Episode-like games all take place in high school or college. So Long Story (and it's 4.0 rating) is worth a shot. This isn't to say that Episodes doesn't have a story line that relates to the LGBTQ+ community (I'm sure it does), but it's hard to look through all of the stories available to find the perfect one that might relate to your life. ![]() I came across this gem in my trek across the Google Play store to find the most episodic, Episode-like game I could find.Īnd it's a good thing too, because this is the first blatantly LGBTQ+ choose-your-own story that I could find.Īnd I find that fantastic! After all, it's important for all people to find a narrative that they can relate to. However, Campus Crush is still worth playing because you are able to make (imaginary) friends, become a part of a (imaginary) sorority, and find a (imaginary) date to prom.Īnd why go through all of those embarrassing things in real life when you can find out how it would happen through a game? Long Story Google Playlists it as a 3.8, but that's probably because, like with Episodes, you're only allowed so many passes per game. Why? Because the developers behind Campus Crush, Episode Interactive, created the game Episodes as well. If you liked Episodes, Campus Crush might just be the mobile game for you. So, ranked from lowest to highest, here are five choose-your-own story mobile games that are similar to Episodes. ![]() Because why live your life when you can control someone else's?Įxactly! It's much more fun to have control. But that's why we have games like Episodes to keep us in check. ![]()
